Healthier 20 Minute Sesame Chicken

Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1/2 inch strips)
  • 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 pinch each salt & pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or sesame
  • Cooked white rice for serving
  • Small bunch spring onions scallions, chopped
 For the sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  •  1 teaspoon sriracha add more for more heat
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil optional
 Healthier 20 Minute Sesame Chicken

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, sriracha, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds and sesame oil. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl combine the chicken, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
